Currency

When Will I Be Charged?

Your payment is processed at the time you place your order. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. If your payment is declined for any reason, your order will not be processed and no charge will be made.

Pricing & Taxes

All prices displayed on our website are final and inclusive. We do not add hidden fees or surprise charges at checkout. Depending on your location, applicable sales tax may be calculated and added at checkout.

Promotional Codes & Discounts

If you have a valid discount or promotional code, you can enter it at checkout before completing your purchase. Discount codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed. Only one promotional code can be used per order.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment fails or is declined, please check the following:

Card details: Make sure your card number, expiry date, and CVV are entered correctly. Billing address: Ensure the billing address matches what your bank has on file. Available funds: Check that your account has sufficient funds or credit available. Bank restrictions: Some banks block online transactions by default. Contact your bank to authorize the payment.

Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund under our Return Policy, the amount will be returned to your original payment method within 7 business days after your return has been received and approved. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
