Shipping Area

We currently ship only within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Cut-Off Time (EST – New York):

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM are processed the same day
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM are processed the next business day

Delivery Time

  • Order Transit Time: 5 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 6 to 12 business days

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or high demand.

Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking may take 1 to 2 business days to update.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses.

Delays or Lost Packages

If your order is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us. We will help you resolve the issue.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Order Changes

Orders can be canceled or changed within 24 hours of placing the order.
After that, changes are not possible.
