30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unworn and unwashed
- Item must be in its original condition
- Item must have all original tags still attached
- Item must be in its original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include the following in your message:
- Your order number
- The item you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- A photo of the item if it is damaged or incorrect
Our team will review your request and get back to you within 1 business day with return instructions.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged or defective.
If you need an exchange, please contact us with proof.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your return has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

- Contact your credit card company or payment provider
- If still not received, contact us
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
After that, orders cannot be canceled because they may already be processed.
